Kuching Family-Link Psychoeducation Course
3rd April – 29th May 2019
Provide knowledge regarding mental illnesses and its treatment, ways to communicate with mental health patients and handle crisis, especially with 3 major psychiatric disorder:
- Bipolar Disorder
Provides a platform for networking and mutual support among family members of mental health patients
Empower family members to be more confident and competent in facing and managing their mentally ill family members
Improve the quality of life of mental health patients and their family members

House Tree Person Art Therapy
Art therapy is a creative way of expressing your emotions. This has been found to improve self-esteem and well-being, as well as improve our ability to cope with symptoms of depression, anxiety, and physical illness.
The sessions are open to everyone.

There are two levels to attend.
Level 1 is suitable for beginners and costs RM180.
Deadline of application is 26/4/19
Level 2 is a more advanced class and requires participants to have attended level 1 first. The fee is RM220 and deadline of application is 9/6/19
Upon completion of either course, participants will get a certificate to practice Art Therapy.
Due to increasing interest, we recommend you book your place on the courses as early as possible. To do so, payment is required upon registering. Seats are limited to 50 pax.
